Sheena Patel is a writer and assistant director for film and television, and part of the acclaimed poetry collective 4 Brown Girls Who Write. In Patel’s book debut, ‘I’m a Fan’, the narrator uses the story of their experience in a seemingly unequal and unfaithful relationship as a prism through which to examine the complicated hold we have on one another.
